Export call details

You can export call details to Excel in Telephony > Call details section.

Before exporting data, you can filter calls by date, employee, status, call type, etc.

Then just click the Export to Excel button.

In the exported .xls file you can view call details:

  • Employee
  • Account phone number
  • Phone
  • Call type
  • Call duration
  • Call date
  • Cost
  • Status
  • Transcription cost
  • Assessment
  • CRM
  • Comment
Export call details option is available to Bitrix24 commercial plans subscribers only.
