You can use the Business Card scanner option to add a new contact when using the Bitrix24 Mobile app.
To do that:
- Go to the CRM > Contacts section and tap the Business card button.
- Your camera will turn on, and the frame will appear. Keep the business card within the frame boundaries. It will be scanned automatically. Then tap Recognize.
- Once a business card is recognized, a new contact is created. This contact will contain the information from the scanned business card. You can edit or delete unnecessary information.
Please note that a new company will be also created according to the information specified in the business card.
The number of business cards you can recognize depends on your Bitrix24 plan:
- Free plan - 12;
- Start+ - 100/mo.;
- CRM+ - 100/mo.;
- Project+ - 12;
- Standard - 100/mo.;
- Professional - unlimited.
