Configure extension numbers for your employees in Bitrix24, this allows to enable call forwarding to particular employees (e.g. when your sales agent receives an incoming call).
Here are 2 ways to add extensions:
- Inside employee’s Profile Page (edit profile):
- From Telephony > Telephony users ('edit' option):
