Deal timeline
The deal timeline shows all payment-related information.
- SMS status
You can check the SMS delivery status: Sent, Delivered, and Sending error. SMS delivery may take up to one minute.
Fix errors when sending SMS messages - Payment page
This status shows whether the customer opened the payment page. Available statuses: Sent, Not viewed, and Viewed. - Payment status
Available statuses: Sent, Viewed, and Paid. - Payment processed
After the customer pays, the timeline shows the paid amount and the order number.
