Track payment status in a deal

In Bitrix24, you can track the customer journey from the first call to the final payment. Payment details appear in the deal timeline and the Kanban view.


Deal timeline

The deal timeline shows all payment-related information.

  • SMS status
    You can check the SMS delivery status: Sent, Delivered, and Sending error. SMS delivery may take up to one minute.
    Fix errors when sending SMS messages
  • Payment page
    This status shows whether the customer opened the payment page. Available statuses: Sent, Not viewed, and Viewed.
  • Payment status
    Available statuses: Sent, Viewed, and Paid.
  • Payment processed
    After the customer pays, the timeline shows the paid amount and the order number.

Kanban

You can also track payment and message statuses in the Kanban view.

Use filters to quickly find deals by payment status.
