As part of the Bitrix24 Vega release, CoPilot is now available in Feed, Tasks, CRM, and the new chat. CoPilot is an AI assistant that helps you write text, process customer calls, and create tasks faster so you can focus on more important work.

CoPilot in Feed

Use CoPilot to create posts and comments faster. Open Feed, start CoPilot, enter your request, and get results in seconds.

Feed pre-prompts are grouped by task type:

  • Analyze text: Extract key points, identify pros and cons, and explain unclear phrases.
  • Modify text: Shorten or expand text, simplify wording, fix typos, or add emoji.
  • Change tone of text: Make text more formal or polite.
  • Create text: Generate posts, news updates, greetings, articles, or job descriptions.

CoPilot also helps with comments in Feed. You can summarize a post, translate it into another language, or write feedback for the author.

CoPilot in Tasks

Enter basic task information, and CoPilot will add details and suggest the next steps.

One of the main benefits of CoPilot in Tasks is checklist creation. Instead of organizing information manually, enter the key details and let CoPilot generate a checklist in one click.

When tasks contain long discussions, use the Summarize task comments pre-prompt to quickly review the conversation. CoPilot highlights the main points automatically.

You can also improve text step by step. Use pre-prompts or enter custom requests to refine the result.


CoPilot chat

CoPilot chat opens in a separate section. Unlike other tools, it does not include pre-prompts. Simply enter your request.

To open CoPilot chat, click the icon in the right sidebar. CoPilot saves chat history and remembers the context of each conversation. You can return to previous chats at any time.

How to enable CoPilot in Bitrix24 On-premise version

  1. Go to Control Panel > Marketplace > Platform Update.
  2. In the Install Updates tab, install the latest updates. To use CoPilot, the platform version must be at least 24.700.0.

  3. Go to Settings > Modules and install the AI Integration module.
  4. Navigate to the public section of Bitrix24.
  5. Open Settings > CoPilot preferences and select the tools where you want to use CoPilot.

For proper CoPilot operation in the Bitrix24 On-Premise version, allow incoming and outgoing traffic for the following address:
