CoPilot is an AI assistant built into Bitrix24 Mail. It helps you work with emails faster. Use it to summarize email threads, write replies, continue drafts, fix grammar and spelling, or translate text into another language.

Without CoPilot, you may need to:

• Spend time writing emails from scratch

• Carefully word replies, such as polite declines or formal responses

CoPilot helps simplify these tasks. You can use it to:

• Summarize email conversations

• Write or continue email drafts

• Generate client responses

• Improve and edit text

Start CoPilot in Mail

There are three ways to open CoPilot:

• Place the cursor in the message field and press the space bar

• Click CoPilot in the bottom toolbar

• Select text and click the pop-up CoPilot button

Use ready-made prompts

Bitrix24 includes built-in prompts for common email tasks. These prompts are grouped by category.

In the Create emails section, you can:

• Summarize important details from client conversations

• Start an email and let CoPilot continue it

• Generate a reply to a client

Available reply options include:

• Thank the client for the information

• Agree with the request or proposal

• Politely decline

Analyze email text

Use the Analyze text prompts to quickly understand an email. CoPilot can:

• Summarize the main idea

• Explain the message in simple language

• Highlight advantages and disadvantages

Edit and improve text

Use the Modify text prompts to change or improve your message. CoPilot can:

• Shorten or expand text

• Adjust the emotional tone

• Check grammar, spelling, and punctuation

• Convert text into a list

• Translate emails into another language

Change the tone of a message

Use the Change tone of text prompts to make your message:

• More polite

• More formal

• More professional

Create custom prompts

You can also write your own prompts for CoPilot.

Use the menu at the bottom of the CoPilot window:

• Edit request: choose another prompt or enter your own request

• Try again: generate another version of the response

You can ask CoPilot to create a new email or reply based on a short description. Enter the main details, and CoPilot will generate the message for you.
