Bitrix24 Helpdesk

Bitrix24 has a new interface. The images in the articles might differ from the current account design. We will update them soon.

Connect Google Looker Studio

Google Looker Studio is an online platform for data visualization and analysis. It lets you create interactive reports and dashboards quickly, using data from multiple sources.

In the BI analytics section of Bitrix24, you can connect Looker Studio, transfer your Bitrix24 dataset, and select your data source for the report.

In this article:

Connect Google Looker Studio

Before you start, sign in with your Google account or create a new one here.

  1. In Bitrix24, go to CRM.
  2. Click Analytics.
  3. Expand Real time analytics.
  4. Select BI analytics.
  5. Open the Google Looker Studio tab.
  6. Choose and install the template you want to use.
  7. When the import is complete, click Connect.
  8. You’ll be redirected to Looker Studio. In the Data source table field, select the fields to transfer, then click Connect.

You may see a message saying This connector has not been verified or reviewed. This happens because of Google’s verification process. We are working with Google to add the BI-connector to the Looker Studio marketplace. The connector has successfully passed the first stage—Google’s internal OAuth certification to ensure data security and customer privacy.

Build and publish a report

Once the connection is established, you'll be prompted to create a new report using the Bitrix24 BI-connector as your data source. Click Create Report to get started.

  1. Switch to edit mode.
  2. Open the File menu.
  3. Select Share
  4. Under Link settings, set Anyone on the internet with the link can view.
  5. Save your changes.

To make the report viewable in Bitrix24:

  1. Switch to edit mode.
