We are pleased to present the new features of Bitrix24 Intelligence release:

  • Mobile app — new interface, faster messenger, and updated employee profile. The app is now simpler and more enjoyable to use — everything you need is at your fingertips, wherever you are.
  • New task form — The task form interface has changed. Information is organized into sections: description, participants, files, checklists, results, and more.
  • Messenger and video calls — updated call interface, video messages, new reactions, and transcription of voice messages with emotion recognition.
  • AI Audio Tasks — tasks created from voice messages. AI recognizes text, identifies the assignee and deadline, and generates a checklist.
  • CRM AI, recurring invoices, and recurring deals — AI analyzes chats with customers and fills in the deal form. Recurring invoices are generated automatically on schedule, so managers don’t need to create them manually.
  • Webmail — mailbox management, access permissions, and the ability to configure mail for multiple employees. A separate Webmail section is now available in the mobile app.
  • Notifications — new interface and structure, "Require attention" section, and quick settings. You can unsubscribe from unnecessary notifications and keep only the important ones.
  • BI Builder — new filters, presets, and limit logic make it easier to switch between data slices and analyze reports.

Mobile app

We have updated the Bitrix24 mobile app. Now it works faster and has new user-friendly interface. You can customize the menu, notifications, and theme to work in a way that suits you best.

The mobile app can be used anywhere — in the office, during meetings, etc. Everything you need is at your fingertips.

New task form

The task form interface has changed. Information is organized into sections: description, participants, files, checklists, results, and more. This format helps quickly understand what needs to be done, identify additional conditions, and focus on execution. Inside the form, there is now a chat. It keeps the entire discussion context: you can see recent changes, make calls, clarify details, and quickly make decisions without leaving the task.

Messenger and video calls

Call list in the mobile app. Incoming, outgoing, and missed calls are now available in one section. You can quickly call a colleague back directly from the app.

Messenger. The interface has been updated, and new tools have been added.

Video loops are now available in the mobile app — short video messages that are easy to record on the go.

CoPilot Follow-up for video calls. Artificial intelligence analyzes video calls: transcribes them, records agreements, and evaluates participant engagement. This helps retain important decisions after meetings and boosts team efficiency.

AI audio tasks

AI audio tasks are a new scenario for task creation using artificial intelligence in Bitrix24. AI recognizes assignments in voice messages: identifies the assignee, deadline, formulates checklists, and automatically creates tasks.

Tasks are no longer lost in chats—everything you say in voice messages is captured in tasks, helping the team stay on track.

CRM AI, recurring invoices, and recurring deals

Recurring invoices. They help you keep track of clients' regular payments, such as rent, services, or subscriptions. CRM creates and sends these invoices automatically based on the schedule you set. Clients receive timely payment reminders, and you save time on routine tasks.

Recurring deals. They are convenient for working with regular customers, like for monthly services, rentals, or supplies. CRM creates these deals automatically based on the schedule you set. This helps you stay in touch with customers on time and reduces routine tasks.

Chat analysis with AI. After communicating with a customer, managers no longer need to review the conversation or manually transfer data to a deal. AI highlights key points, summarizes the conversation, and fills in fields in the CRM item form. This reduces routine tasks and helps prepare for the next contact more efficiently.

Webmail

Bitrix24 allows management of employee mailboxes: view connected mailboxes, add new ones, and configure access permissions. Administrators can see all mailboxes and manage their settings, while supervisors can only access their team's mailboxes. This helps control corporate correspondence and ensures no important emails are lost during employee onboarding or offboarding.

The mobile app now features a dedicated Webmail section. You can connect mailboxes and manage emails directly from your phone.

Notifications

Notifications in Bitrix24 help you stay updated on important events like new tasks, comments, meetings, or CRM changes. The updated interface and structure make it easier to find specific notifications or unsubscribe from unnecessary ones.

BI Builder

BI Builder now features updated filters, presets, and revised limit logic. These enhancements make it easier to switch between data slices and analyze dashboards.
