We added two new automation rules: Edit variable and Math operations. Use them to automate actions with variables and constants.

Variables and constants in automation rules

Edit variable

Select the variable you want to update.

Specify the value you want to assign to the variable. You can use a constant, another variable, or a CRM field value. To enter your own value, select Custom value.

Math operations

Only variables and fields with the Number or Integer type can be used in this automation rule.

This automation rule updates a variable with the result of a math operation. Four operations are available: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Select the variable you want to update.

Then select two parameters and an operation. For the parameters, you can use variables, constants, fields, or custom values.

The automation rule can update only one variable at a time.

When the automation rule runs, it updates the variable value.
