Tasks in CRM

We have updated tasks in CRM.

Previously, if an employee set a task in the CRM form to a colleague from another department, such tasks were difficult to keep track of.

Now employees will be able to track task statuses in kanban without going to the deal or lead form.

Web version
Mobile app

When you set a task in the CRM form, you will see its status in the Kanban deal view. This will help you keep track of tasks that need your attention.

Go to the CRM form, and the timeline will show what changes occurred in the task, as well as who of the participants made them.

Task statuses

  • Created, not viewed – you have created a task, but the performer has not reviewed it.
  • Viewed – the performer reviewed the task and did not miss it.
  • Updated – there is work on the task and someone who is not responsible for the deal has made changes: changed the responsible person, updated the description, added participants, observers, a checklist or linked it to the project.
  • In progress – the task performer start working on the task.
  • Pending – the task performer has paused the task or has not yet taken it to work after pausing it.
  • Waiting for control – the task performer has completed the task and you need to check it: accept or send it for revision.
  • Deadline updated – the status shows that the performer has chanched the task deadline.
  • Task summary – the task performer is ready to show the result.
  • Overdue – the time for the task has expired.
  • Finished – the task has been closed.

You can also find the created tasks in the Tasks and Projects section. Use the Tag filter.
