The main information about the contact or the company is stored in the Profile tab in the entity form.
There you can learn which way of communication is preferred by the customer, the value of won deals, conversion rate, etc.
Reporting period — select the reporting period for statistics.
Communication load produced by contact — indicates the average number of activities per deal.
Load per channel — shows the total number of activities with the customer.
Value of won deals and Conversion — a system widget that cannot be deleted or moved. The following formula is used to calculate the conversion rate: the number of won deals / the number of activities * 100.
You can also view the list of deals or invoices in the report.
