Customer profile in CRM

In the Profile tab, the main information about contacts and companies is collected. There you can learn which way of communication is preferred by the customer, the value of won deals, conversion rate, etc.

To get to this section, open any contact or company > click the Profile tab.

Reporting period - select the reporting period for statistics. Read more in the article - Reporting period in CRM.

Communication load indicates the average number of activities per deal.

Load per channel shows the total number of activities with the customer.

Value of won deals and conversion is a system widget, and it cannot be deleted or moved. The following formula is used to calculate the conversion rate: the number of won deals / the number of activities * 100.

Other widgets can be configured to display the data you need. Select the widget you want to configure > click the cogwheel button. In the opened window, you can configure which information will be displayed in the widget.

Click on the number in the widget to view the list of deals or invoices that have got to the report.
