CoPilot - AI in Bitrix24

CoPilot providers

Currently, CoPilot uses various service providers in Bitrix24:

  • gpt-4o-2024-11-20 for generating texts and filling out CRM fields
  • Dall-E-3 for generating images
  • AudioAssistant AI for transcribing calls

They are specified in Bitrix24 account settings. Open the CoPilot preferences tab and check the providers in each section.

If there is an error on the provider side, CoPilot will not execute your request. Please wait for a while until they fix the issue.

Also, our partners are always at your disposal. They can develop a solution for integration with other AI providers for you.
