When using e-Signature for HR to sign a document, you have to choose who will sign it from your company. This person is known in Bitrix24 as the company representative, and it can be the CEO or anyone else who has the authority to sign documents.
First, the company representative signs the document, and then it's automatically sent to the employee to sign next. If you are the company representative, follow the steps below:
-
Start the process. You will get a message in Bitrix24 chat when there is a document for you to sign. Just click Sign now in that message, and a side panel will appear.
-
Choose employees. You can sign the document with all employees at once or just with one specific employee.
-
Review the document. In the Document for signing section, click View and check the details. If you find any mistakes in the document, cancel the signing process.
-
Sign the document. If everything is correct, click Send document at the bottom.
-
Confirm signing. To confirm signing, open the Bitrix24 mobile app. If you don't have the app, scan the QR code to install it.
Tap Confirm to finish the process.
When a document needs your signature, a counter will appear under e-Signature for HR > Pending my action. This counter shows how many documents you need to sign. Once you sign a document, it will disappear from the list.
To select an employee, click on the magnifying glass icon and enter their last name. Then open the menu (...) on the right and select Sign.
If you want to know who you've already signed the document with, use the filter .
After you sign, the document is immediately sent to the employee for their signature.
