Configure CRM for your business

Add data to CRM

Once Bitrix24 is configured, you can start adding data to the system. If you already have a client base and deals, use the import tool to continue working with them in Bitrix24.

Also, use various communication channels to get new clients:

  • Telephony: If you prefer to communicate with customers by phone, connect telephony to Bitrix24. Rent a number or use telephony applications from the Market.
