To make it easier, CoPilot can:

• Create descriptions based on product characteristics.
• Offer ideas for descriptions to highlight each product's features.

You can find CoPilot in the Detailed description field of each product form.

Run CoPilot in the product form

There are three ways to run the AI assistant in the Detailed description field:

• Open the text input window and press the space bar.
• Click the CoPilot button.
• Enter your request, select it, and click the pop-up CoPilot icon.

Use CoPilot's pre-prompts

Bitrix24 provides frequently used prompts in the Write for me section to save you time. CoPilot can help:

• Write a selling product description to engage customers.
• Identify unique selling points to highlight product features.
• Address potential objections and answer customer questions.

You can also use prompts from the Modify text section to describe products. CoPilot can check spelling and punctuation, improve your text, or translate it into another language.

• Edit query: Select a different pre-promptPre-prompts are preset prompts for CoPilot. They are written in simple language, but actually contain various queries within one prompt to get the desired result from CoPilot. or ask the AI assistant to create a description based on your query.

• Try again: CoPilot will provide a different response for the same query.

Write your own prompts for CoPilot

In addition to pre-prompts, you can create custom queries for CoPilot. The more detailed the prompt, the better the results. Enter some basic information, and CoPilot will generate a product description according to your query.
