CoPilot request limit

CoPilot can handle no more than 600 requests per hour from all users of your Bitrix24. This limit ensures the stable operation of Bitrix24 and applies to all plans of both the Cloud and On-Premise versions.

When you send a request, CoPilot checks the number of inquiries made in the last hour. If you have already made 600 requests during this period, new requests will be unavailable.

Each request temporarily occupies one slot. In an hour, the slot becomes available again for a new request.

Let's consider an example:

  • You sent the first request at 10:00 a.m.
  • By 10:59 a.m., users had made 600 requests. The limit was reached.
  • One new request will be available at 11:00 a.m.
  • Slots will continue to free up gradually—one per hour.

Consider the request limit to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the AI assistant.
