Recycle bin on Bitrix24 drive

When you delete a file from drive, you can choose whether to delete it permanently or move it to the Recycle Bin. Files in the Recycle Bin can be recovered for 30 days after deletion.

There is a company drive and a personal one in the Bitrix24 account. Employees can manage their personal drives: add, edit and delete files. They can delete their own files from the company drive, but they need to have certain access permissons to delete other files as well. Access permissions can be set by the account administrator.

Bitrix24 administrator has access to the company and private drives.

To see the available actions on deleted files, go to the Drive page - Recycle bin.

Click the Menu in the upper left corner of the file or the folder or check the box in the right corner. If you need the file or the folder from the Recycle Bin, select the Restore option.

All files and folders stored in the Recycle Bin take up drive space. To permanently delete the Recycle Bin content, click Empty Recycle Bin.

Files from the Recycle Bin can be deleted using the Drive Cleanup tool. Bitrix24 will scan the drive and recycle bin content.
