Bitrix24 now supports MCP (Model Context Protocol). This technology enables AI agentsAI agent — a digital assistant powered by artificial intelligence. to interact with knowledge bases, internal tools, and external services. With MCP, AI agents can not only answer questions but also perform actions like searching for information, updating data, creating new items, and more.
This makes the chat with an AI agent a central hub for managing workflows. In one window, you can get a summary of a customer conversation from an external mailbox, then assign a task and schedule a meeting with the responsible person. There’s no need to switch between apps, gather information, or search for buttons. Send a message to the chat, and the AI agent will handle your request.
MCP in Bitrix24 integrates familiar tools and services. The technology allows you to:
- Manage your Bitrix24 account via chat with an external AI system.
- Connect external services to Bitrix24.
No programming skills are required to use MCP — all settings are pre-configured. Bitrix24 tools are available in the chat with the Marta Agent immediately, while external AI systems and services require connection. Here’s an overview of the MCP options available in Bitrix24.
Bitrix24 MCP server is being prepared for launch. It will allow you to connect your Bitrix24 account to external AI systems like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and n8n. This is convenient if you already use these systems and want to manage CRM, tasks, and other tools from a chat with an AI assistant.
For example, you can ask ChatGPT to create a deal or assign a task. The AI assistant performs actions in Bitrix24 only upon an employee’s command and considering access permissions — all processes remain under control.
Bitrix24 MCP Hub is coming soon. It will enable you to connect external services like, Gmail, Google Drive to Bitrix24. The list of available integrations will expand.
