Lead Sources

Here are several ways how you can add new leads to Bitrix24:

  • Manuallyuse add lead tab (plus icon) on the top CRM panel:

    or "add" option on the Leads page:

  • Import leads: if you have your leads list in CSV format - you can import it to Bitrix24:

  • Email Integration: connect personal or company email to Bitrix24 to get new leads from unknown senders automatically. Go to CRM > Settings > Email - and choose company email:

  • or personal email:

  • Telephony Integration: if you use Bitrix24 telephony or have connected own PBX to Bitrix24, you can take advantage of it's integration with our CRM.  If the callee number is not found in the CRM, a new lead will be created automatically. 

  • Open Channels: connect your Bitrix24 to Facebook, Viber, Instagram, etc. via Bitrix24 Open Channels & have new clients contacting you via social media services added to the CRM automatically. 

  • Face Tracker: take a picture of a new client & save it to the CRM as new lead (read more about Face Tracker here).
For leads created automatically leads source is set by default (e.g. "email"). As for the new leads added manually or via import, lead source can be set manually. If you need to edit existing lead sources or add new ones you can do that in CRM > Settings > Start Point > Statuses & Dropdowns >Sources.
