We are pleased to introduce you to Bitrix24 Supernova.

We have released a lot of new features:

  • CoPilot PRO — the AI assistant continues to evolve: 30 roles in which CoPilot acts as an expert in its field - lawyer, marketer, IT specialist. You can invite colleagues to chat with CoPilot and use it in the mobile app.

  • Channels — separate informing and communicating processes within the company so you don't lose important information.

  • Bitrix24 Sync — it is a new video call that keeps your team connected, no matter where they are.

  • Flows — it is a new tool for setting tasks. You can customize the way tasks are distributed within the flow, notifications and responsible people. The efficiency of the flow is easy to analyze.

  • Check-in — it shows the place and the time the users start the day. They can also add photos and get likes.

  • CRM — there is a new universal activity form to record any customer related tasks, and official integration of Bitrix24 and WhatsApp. Now you can text customers first.

  • BI Builder — BI Builder is a tool that allows you to create and view analytical dashboards based on your account data. But not everyone needs to access this information. You can choose who gets to view, create, and edit dashboards by setting up access permissions.

  • Automation — you can perform tasks in several workflows at once. This is convenient if a manager coordinates dozens of documents every day.

CoPilot PRO

In Bitrix24, you can use CoPilot in a special chat. CoPilot can assist you with a wide range of tasks like writing email texts or coming up with business ideas.

The chat with CoPilot has some new options:

  • Invite colleagues to chat
  • Use the chat with CoPilot in the mobile app

Channels

Bitrix24 Channels are a tool for informing the team. They are integrated into the company's workflows. This fact makes them different from the usual messengers.

There are two types of channels: public and private. A public channel is available to all employees, while a private one can be joined only by link or invitation.

You can create channels in the Bitrix24 web version and in the mobile app.

Bitrix24 Sync

Bitrix24 Sync is a new video call that keeps your team connected, no matter where they are. You don't need third-party apps for calls. Everything is available in Bitrix24.

New video call features:

  • Start a call from any task, calendar event, or chat.
  • Several call participants can share screens.
  • The chat remains open for continued discussion after the call.
  • Record video calls without time limits in the Bitrix24 desktop app.
  • Enjoy high-quality video and sound.

Flows

You can collect team tasks and distribute them among performers. You no longer need to search for the employee to assign a task to. Just add it to the flow. The supervisor can see team efficiency and average task completion time.

Check-in

Check-in is a new ritual to start your team's working day. It is a way to feel part of the team even from a distance. It shows the place and the time the colleagues started the day.

Check-in works only in the Bitrix24 mobile application. To open it, scan the qr code in the web version.

CRM

Universal activity. It is a form for recording any client-related tasks. You can specify location, select customers from CRM entities, synchronize activities with calendar, add users, specify a meeting room and separate activities by color.

Bitrix24 and WhatsApp integration. We've added ready-made templates to CRM so you can be the first to write to a customer on WhatsApp. Send delivery notifications, order confirmations or information about promotions. The history will be saved in the CRM form. To send such notifications, connect the Edna.io channel in the Contact Center.
