The main news is artificial intelligence in Bitrix24. CoPilot AI-assistant is built into Tasks, Feed, Chat and CRM sections. It works 24/7 and allows you to save time.

Bitrix24 Vega released a lot of updates:

New Bitrix24 chat — we updated chat in the web version and mobile app: there is new interface and new tools for working within your company. The messenger can handle up to 1 million users.

Automated solutions — a separate section for SPA. It can be used to automate the work of company departments.

Open slots — send your calendar open slots to the colleagues to make an appointment. Their schedules will also be taken into account.

Bitrix24 account settings — now all the seetings are gathered in one section and are accessible from a new widget. The Bitrix24 main menu can be customized for all employees of the company.

CRM — new activity reminders and search for items by activities.

BI Builder — create analytical reports based on data from your Bitrix24. Analyze calls, leads, deals and sales.

Inventory management — calculate product cost and monitor business performance in the gross profit report.

Mail — you can preview emails in the timeline of CRM entities and get an idea of the message content. The preview option is available in deals, leads, contacts, companies, invoices, and estimates.

New Bitrix24 chat

We changed the interface and navigation, added new features and increased the work speed. The new chat can be used by companies with up to 1 million employees.

M1 chat in web version. Send reactions, pin messages, add to favorites and forward them. Create appointments, tasks and group calls for all chat participants.

M1 mobile chat. Mobile chat now has message reactions and smooth voice message rewind. Activate caching to view messages and attachments in chats without internet access.

Automated solutions

Automated solutions are gathered in a separate section. They are not linked to CRM. A solution can consist of one or several processes. Each has its own form, funnels, kanban stages, automation rules, etc.

Open slots

The calendar open slots tool has new features to work with. Share your timetable with the client to offer a meeting on a free day and time.

Available appointment time — specify days of the week on which slots will be available for booking and the length of appointments.

Shared slots — add colleagues to meet with external users. Their schedules will also be taken into account.

Edit events — change the event name, add a venue or invite colleagues to a scheduled meeting.

Bitrix24 account settings

We have updated the Bitrix24 account settings section. Now all of them are available from the company widget. You do not need to configyre your Bitrix24 acount again. The access permissions you set earlier will be preserved.

Customize the main menu for all employees. Hide the sections you do not plan to work with. A button opposite each tool allows you to go to the internal settings.

CRM: new activity reminders and item search by activities

CRM activities have counters that remind you when a deadline is coming. Previously, the counter would light up 15 minutes before the deadline. Now that time can be customized.

We have added the ability to search for items by activity. These can be deals with sent SMS, incoming emails or linked tasks.

Inventory management

Calculate the cost of products to find out your business profit and margin. Bitrix24 has two methods of calculating the cost of products: by average cost or by "First In, First Out" method. The cost data is immediately included in the gross profit report.

Mail

We have added new mail features in Bitrix24 web version and mobile app. Now you can connect mail in the mobile app directly from the CRM form and preview emails in the timeline of CRM entities to get an idea of the message content. The preview option is available in deals, leads, contacts, companies, invoices, and estimates.

Share email templates in CRM with your colleagues. Now you can customize email templates directly in the CRM form while writing an email.
